With 25 years of dedicated service, Omnia Group Srl holds a clear objective at its core: to spread the authentic taste of Italy worldwide. This family-owned Italian business, located in Tortorici in the heart of Northeastern Sicily, perfectly encapsulates this mission with every product.
The journey of Omnia Group S.r.l. began in 1992 when Sebastiano Di Paola and Riccardo Bevacqua set up shop near the picturesque Nebrodi Park in Tortorici. Initially, the company’s primary focus was on cultivating and selling the Nebrodi hazelnut, a renowned Sicilian cultivar, which over time became increasingly challenging to cultivate.
As the years went by, the company’s core business evolved. Besides hazelnuts, pistachios and almonds were introduced into the product line. From being “mere” growers, the entrepreneurial duo from Messina expanded their operations, processing and commercializing semi-finished and finished products.
Today, Omnia Group employs a dedicated workforce of 14 specialized workers and boasts revenue of €3 million (approx. $3.45 million).
The company operates under two brands: Luscioux, catering to large retailers with a range of delectable delights, and Nocilia, targeting a niche market, particularly serving elite gourmet establishments due to its exceptional focus on quality.
Each ingredient is carefully chosen, processed using traditional methods, and then hand-packaged to retain its authentic flavor. The end product? An explosion of unmistakable tastes, evident in every bite, sip, or spoonful.
Their extensive product range includes creamy spreads, chocolate treats, traditional panettone, Frutta Martorana, and many more delicacies showcasing the essence of Sicilian dry fruits.
Omnia Group primarily targets the international market, with 60% of its revenue coming from abroad. Its reach extends to major European markets like France and Germany, as well as farther regions such as Asia, the Middle East, the United States, and Canada.
The company’s thriving international presence is the result of an impeccable blend of expertise and ambition: on one hand, the extensive experience of the founding partners, and on the other, a passion for promoting Sicilian excellence globally.
Their growth trajectory has been shaped by participating in several well-curated industry fairs. Notable mentions include Alimentaria in Barcelona and Anuga in Cologne, as well as niche events like Gourmet Selection in Paris, enabling them to effectively target their audience.
After its recent stint at New York’s Fancy Food event, the dynamic Sicilian enterprise is gearing up for another overseas venture. Nocilia products will be showcased at the Nexxt Expo in Los Angeles, celebrating ‘Made in Italy’, scheduled from 19th to 22nd October. Enthusiasts can sample these delicacies at a dedicated stand at the Sicily Show, organized by IoComproSiciliano for the occasion.
